We have a 30 day returns policy. Goods can only be returned to us within 30 days of original purchase.

Any returns must be received by us in original condition and and fit for immediate re-sale. Worn, damaged or goods in torn packaging or in poor condition will not be eligible for a refund. We cannot accept goods back IF they have been worn for health and hygiene reasons.
Wacky Limited will be happy to exchange for the same item any products that are damaged or faulty or which have been incorrectly shipped.
We do not offer or include free return bags or free return labels, so unless we have sent you something which is faulty or which has been incorrectly picked and sent then the cost of return bags and the cost of return postage are the buyer's responsibility.
