Any returns need to be received by us in unopened packets and fit for immediate re-sale condition, We cannot accept goods back IF they may have been worn for health and hygiene reasons.
Wacky Limited will be happy to exchange for the same item any products that are damaged or faulty or which have been incorrectly shipped.
We do not offer or include free return bags or return labels, so unless we have sent you something which is faulty or which has been incorrectly picked then the cost of return bags and the cost of return postage are the buyer's responsibility.
